Statutory Approvals

With knowledge of petroleum, explosive rules and holding a third-party inspector license issued by the PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization), the company supports the following statutory works adding to the turnkey solution. The scope includes services for inert, corrosive, flammable, toxic, pyrophoric and petroleum Class A, Class B and Class C service.

1. Site survey and detail drawings preparation to meet PESO SMPV / GCR / Petroleum rules.

2. Obtaining prior layout approvals

3. Third party inspection and certifications mainly but not limited to:

  • Rule33 new site inspection and certification
  • Rule18 safety valve testing and certification
  • Rule19 hydro/ pneumatic test of pressure vessels and certification
  • Rule 43 road tanker mounting and safety inspection and certification

4. Pressure vessel fabrication shop facility approvals

5. Cylinder hydro test facility approvals

6. Design and detail fabrication drawings meeting ASME / EN / is and various codes,

7. Obtaining design approval from PESO

8. Obtaining final installation license from PESO including site endorsement by PESO

9. HAZOP study and reports / Safety Audits

10. Import approvals from PESO for full / empty ISO containers, full / empty cylinders, storage tanks etc.

11. Review and Certification of Gas Distribution Pipeline Systems

12. Review and Certification of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems confirming to HTM 0201 Standards.

13. Site Review and Certification of Pipeline Pressure Testing.

14. Oxygen Cleaning and Certification of Equipment & Pipelines.

15. Drug License - Renewal and Fresh license for Medical Oxygen I.P.

16. DC NOC - For Flammable installations in and around Bangalore.
